These terms apply to all work VillaScaping quotes and performs. Each written estimate may include terms for that job, and if the two ever differ, the signed estimate applies.

Estimates

Every job starts with a free written estimate, valid for 30 days from its date. Pricing may change after that.

A second estimate visit, or a return visit to change or re-measure an estimate, costs an additional $80.

You accept an estimate by signing it, which authorizes VillaScaping to begin the work.

Pricing

Pricing is per job, not per pallet or per square foot. It reflects your property's access, site prep, removal of existing grass, layout and delivery.

The price covers the complete job as described. Any sod left over after installation remains VillaScaping's property.

Quoted prices include sales tax, so there are no surprise charges.

Payment

No deposit is required. Payment in full is due when the job is completed.

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Cash App and Venmo. We don't accept credit or debit cards.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Work is scheduled after you approve the estimate, based on availability and weather.

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change your scheduled date.

Before We Arrive

Mark your irrigation. Please mark all sprinkler heads, drip heads, drain lids and downspout pop-up emitters before installation.

Turn off your irrigation 1–2 days before installation. Drier ground lets us remove the old grass more cleanly.

Changes to the Work

Any change to the scope of work is quoted separately and agreed on before it's done.

Our Commitment

VillaScaping stands behind its work. Before we leave the job site, we walk through the finished job with you to make sure you're happy with it.

Sod Care

Sod is a living, perishable product, so it doesn't carry a formal guarantee. After installation, watering and care are the customer's responsibility. Every sod customer gets watering instructions and the VillaScaping Sod Care Guide.
