Nothing Paid Up Front

VillaScaping doesn't take deposits. You pay only once the job is complete, so there's nothing to refund if plans change before work begins. We just ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Happy Before We Leave

VillaScaping stands behind its work. When the job is finished, we walk through it with you to make sure you're satisfied before we leave the site and before payment is due.

Extra Estimate Visits

A second estimate visit, or a return visit to change or re-measure an estimate, costs an additional $80.

Sod

Because sod is a living product, it isn't refundable once it's installed and doesn't carry a formal guarantee. Watering and care after installation are the customer's responsibility.

Changes to the Work

Any change to the scope of work is quoted and agreed on before it's done, so you'll never pay for work you didn't approve.
